Tempered glass



Tempering, also known as heat treatment, is processing procedure that quencher after glass is heated to a certain temperature, produce a permanent stress in glass to enhance their resistance against mechanical and thermal stress. If glass is broken into pieces, it will break into fractionlet, and less hurt people.Our company possesses three level tempered furnace, and the minimum processing size of 150 × 300mm, the maximum processing size of 3000 x 9000mm, processing thickness ranging from 3~19mm. Company produce tempered glass, 3.5 million m2/per year.
