Tempered glass is made by heating annealed glass to approximately 700 degrees Celsius then cooling the outer surfaces rapidly. This process makes the glass very strong and shock resistant thus more durable.

AJJ Glass is a leading China manufacturer of curved glass for the catering industry.In 1995 we bent the first ever food display glass, in China, for a Xiamen based cabinet manufacturer. Since then our profile shapes and sizes have increased to suit most types of food display designs.

All of our standard profiles are kept in stock in our Xiamen plant and are available through our agents in the other provinces of China. Our products can also be supplied to overseas customers ex works or FOB from Xiamen.

With the variety of our product and it's applications from sneeze guards to hot food displays we can cover most of your glass needs for display cabinets.

Our products can be double-glazed in house reducing time delays. Double-glazed units offer the benefit of a more efficient and controlled temperature environment which is important for certain types of hot and cold food display.

Our profiles can also be supplied in laminated safety glass for greater durability and safety.

All our standard profiles are supplied in 6 mm annealed glass with a maximum length of between 1800 to 2400 mm depending on the profile. Double-glazed units are 25 mm in thickness and laminated pieces vary in thickness from 6.78 to 22 mm according to the composition of the piece.
