What is laminated glass

Laminated Glass is manufactured by permanently bonding two or more layers of clear, tinted, or reflective glass with one or more interlayers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheeting. This is done in an autoclave combining heat and pressure resulting in a single, solid laminated glass product. Heat Strengthened Laminated glass is twice as strong as normal glass and tempered lam is four times stronger.

Tempered glass

Tempering, also known as heat treatment, is processing procedure that quencher after glass is heated to a certain temperature, produce a permanent stress in glass to enhance their resistance against mechanical and thermal stress. If glass is broken into pieces, it will break into fractionlet, and less hurt people.Our company possesses three level tempered furnace, and the minimum processing size of 150 × 300mm, the maximum processing size of 3000 x 9000mm, processing thickness ranging from 3~19mm. Company produce tempered glass, 3.5 million m2/per year.
Cleaning
Drilling

Drilling is based on customer requirements, and drill in the glass in accordance with the location, size, number, spacing and other factors. My company also uses advanced vertical drilling. Vertical drilling machine is controlled by the microcomputer, infrared positioning, contact wheel contact, thereby improve the surface quality, the accuracy of drilling, and also reduced the labor intensity.
Edge grinding


Edge grinding is a processing procedure that processes the edge according to the demands of customers. Edge grinding can be divided into plane edge, round edge and bevel edge. According to the effect, edge grinding can be also divided into kibbling, elaborate grinding and polishing. According to the different requirements of customers, the company's grinding equipments are bilateral grinding, straight Edge machine (two short side), C edge and abnormal edge.Bilateral grinding, the largest processing size is 1500mm, and the minimum size is 350mm. The product features: the processed products have high precision (+0.3mm), good right angle, with the production capacity of 1200m.Straight Edge machine can process any size between 100~3000mm, with the production capacity 800mm.
Cutting

Cutting is the first working procedure of glass deep processing. The precision of cutting directly affects the size, shape and right angle. We introduced the Swiss cutting machine for cutting. This equipment is controlled by microcomputer, and cutting precision is up to 0.3mm, and cutting range is up to 3660 x 2440. This equipment is easy to operate, with the processing capacity of around 1200m2
